[windows2000] Invisible BOX

Does anybody know why some computers are invisible for the Network?
When I open MyNetworkPlaces-mydomain, some machines do not appear on the
list. Those machines are joined to the ActiveDirectory and works very fine
with network resources.
Any ideas?
