[windows2000] IP / ARP listing

I've search the archives and come up blank (probably searching the wrong 
words).  I have seen several times a command line argument that pings every 
address in a given range to produce a listing of all NIC address under the arp 
command.  Make sense?

It was a command line that pings each address in the range.  If anyone has that 
or can remember it, please let me know,
