[windows2000] Re: How to disable auto-new hardware detection

Scott, I tried disabling plug-n-play services, now my system won't boot up, it 
hangs at the login screen, won't even put icons on the desktop. Trying to 
figure out how to re-enable it now.. I guess this wasn't the optimal method.. 
Any other suggestions..
