We have this set up using Cisco routers at both ends of our leased lines. I did not set it up, so I am not sure of all the details. We have our routes set up to use line A, when that line goes down, all traffic is switched to line B (via the router). When line A comes back up, all traffic is switched back. A competent Cisco technician should be able to set this up for you. Hope this helps Jeff Jesus Loves You -----Original Message----- From: chiwai@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:chiwai@xxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Tuesday, November 26, 2002 5:04 AM To: windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [windows2000] Fail-over in Win2000 Hi all, My compay have two lease line (A and B) and one server. i want the server can be fail-over in Windows 2000. e.g Lease Line A is down .then oversea user can be access the server through lease line B. if Line A is working . than auto switch to line A . i need buy hardware or software in this process.
