Yes you can... simply right click on the "Administrative Templates" folder
in the GPO and choose "Add/Remove Templates."

Is there a way to expand the GPO to include, for example, Microsoft =
Office entries.  With NT4 it was easy to just add the .adm files into =
the policy editor, or write my own adm files.  Is there a similar thing =
for GPO?

If not, how do you go about changing windows/applications options that =
aren't in the GPO as standard?
