I don't think there is anything else... take a look at that second tinyurl,
and they should tell you.

GPResult is a wonderful tool, if the clients are XP pro.  Or the new GPO
analysis snap-in, if your admin workstation is XP...

Hmm, any idea what other stuff only works at the domain level?  I have a few

odd items where stuff like peoples default home page and access to things 
like the run dialog box don't get enforced all the time, it's kind of wierd.
