I gather all DC's will have to rebuilt, however can all member servers
simply unjoin old and rejoin new domain once in place?

Ok guys throwing this out there because I want to make a checklist of
everything that will need to be done.

For legal reasons our domain name needs to change. Is this something that
can be done on a 2000 DC or does the DC and entire domain need to be
rebuilt?
