[windows2000] Deny table?

As I am sure, everyone is suffering from the Sobig.F virus.  I've been reading 
on another list about people putting some servers into something called a "deny 
table".  What is that, and how do I do that?  (I assume that it is in MS 
Exchange Server 2000.)
