[windows2000] Backgrounds.

We recently upgraded to AD and are still running in mixed mode. My question
is this and hopefully not too simple. How can I keep my users that are
connecting via Windows Terminal Services from choosing an image in Internet
Explorer and setting it as their background? I have some users in our Hawaii
store that need to stop changing their backgrounds this way.
