How about throwing a "timeout" at the beginning of the login script?

Subject: [windows2000] 2k/XP wireless connection & login scripts

Hi Chaps, wondering if you can help.

Having a problem with our W2k/XP workstations connecting to our LAN via
Intel wireless connectins and netgear AP's

We currently have a login script which executes obviously on login. The
issue is that the LAN connection via the wireless gear doesnt actually
complete until the user logs in successfully, by which time the attempt
to
execute the login script has tried and failed.

Anyone know a work around for this situation, to maybe delay the login
script connection until LAN connectivity completes, or to initiate the
wireless connection before user login.

currently manually executing the scripts via a shortcut on desktop

ta in advance...
