Hi For a start, make sure that this file type is selected in Winamp. Find file types in the preferences tree view, and tab to the list of supported file types. Here, you can either arrow to Mp4 and make sure that it is not unselected for some reason, or you can press the "select all" button if you're happy for Winamp to register all of them. Don't forget the close button, and try again. Are you playing the files from Winamp's "open files" dialogue, or from Explorer? If you play them from within Winamp, I can't think why they wouldn't play. When this happens, or rather, doesn't happen, do you get any kind of error message on screen, or just silence?
