Hi Scott, You can in fact use the edit bookmarks feature to edit the stream name. For some reason using JAWS for Windows and I belief also Window- eyes, although I haven't used the later for a while, that edit field does not show up in the normal tab order. So you should route your JAWS or WE cursor to your application cursor and join them again when you find the edit field. Perhaps an easier way to edit the stream name is to bring up the Winamp bookmarks file in a text editor. The Winamp bookmarks file is called winamp.bm and is located in your C:\program files\Winamp folder--assuming your main installation drive is C. Bring that file up in a text editor of your choice (notepad, ETC.) and then The form is pretty straight forward. The URL for the stream is on the line above the stream name. Locate the stream name you wish to change and type in something you would recognize and then save the file. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Wood" <Scott.Wood@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Winamp list" <winamp4theblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, July 20, 2004 2:36 PM Subject: bookmarks Hi When I bookmark an internet radio stream, it is placed in the bookmark list with the name of the track that is playing when I make the bookmark. This is not very meaningful most of the time, so I had a look at the edit feature and this seems to be the IP address of the stream, so if I edit it, I lose the stream. Does anyone know if there is a way of labeling the streams in the bookmark list so that they have more meaningful names? With Respects ...
