Unzipping Audio Stocker

I am now rebuilding my station.
Winzip drives me crazy. I have downloaded the Audio Stocker plugin. Two
things. What is the path that I need to extract the file to? And, once the
file is extracted, then does it need to be installed or is the next step
configuring it?
