Playing Videos in Winamp

hi Steve,
do you mean that you want to split the audio out from a video file and play it 
with winamp? i guess winamp can't help you for this, 
perhaps you can use another program to just take out the audio portion from 
that video file and save it into a .mp3 file then you 
can play it with winamp. i have successful done this with a program call sound 
forge. email me off list if you need more advice.

Is there a way to set Winamp up to play the audio portion of a video. I'm
totally blind, so the visual part wouldn't do me any good.
If I need to do this using something other than Winamp, please write me
privately. I have Winamp 5.33 with Jaws 7.10 and a braille display on Win
XP. I have Internet Explorer 6.
