Hi Arlene. Well, I don't know what I may've installed that would cause the
problem. I can't delete the winamp folder. Thanks for trying to help.

that's strange! What happened to me was, I installed itunes and it was h e
double hockey sticks. I had to get rid of Itunes, plus a previous version of
winamp. plus the folder in my C drive! Problem gone!
