Edding Bookmarks IN Winamp

Hello List Members,
I made a mistake and bookmarked the same audio stream twice.
But when I go in to the bookmark submenu, it gives me the option to edit
bookmarks.
But when I click on this, I get a message that says, "the Winamp library has to
be installed."
But it looks like I've installed that already.
So what am I missing here, or what am I doing wrong?
