Dear Residents,
Neighbors continue to receive mail at their homes addressed to individuals
who do not reside there. Mail items are not limited to MVA correspondence;
letters from credit card companies, banks, and Comptroller of Maryland have
all been received and reported. Here are a few reminders:
1. Captain Landsman and the Baltimore County Police (Precinct 6) are
actively working on the cases and once again ask that any resident of
Wiltondale who receives fraudulent mail to please report it to the
nonemergency number (410-887-2222). Please also report it to the COP as
Captain Landsman has requested that we keep track of it as well.
2. MVA mail: Residents may also report fraudulent MVA mail by calling the
MVA duty desk at (410) 768-7541.
3. Reminder that if residents witness individuals in car(s) waiting for
mail deliveries (silver van and gold car have been seen so far, but could
be any suspicious car), to please call 911. Also, MVA investigator David
Adams (information below) is also working the case and has asked residents
to call his cell phone:
