I am Agent Dave Adams with MVA Investigations. I am handling many of the cases
involving subjects obtaining MD Driver's Licenses by using addresses in the
Wiltondale Community. If possible, I would like to speak to any resident that
has seen a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood waiting for mail to be
delivered. It is my understanding that a silver van and a gold car have been
