That's exactly how we discovered it. Then we started looking for it on random accounts. That's when we found out that a lot of our Lite customers were getting "standard" package speeds for $29.95, what a deal! Don talked to Bob about this yesterday. I think we should start documenting the accounts that we find having this problem so we can approach Josh with it during next week's conf. call.
