Hi, About a year ago, I acquired the Project Coordinator position at a very small interactive agency (about 8 people). I've had no prior experience in this field but I feel like I am learning relatively fast and am finding my own niche. I'm trying to better understand my role since I am learning as I go and would appreciate any information about this particular position, what it means (am I a Junior Web Producer?), and what is the typical salary is for this position. My current responsibilities include: setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress on projects, coordinating almost all aspects of several projects at a time, etc. My concern is that my duties have been growing to include conducting in-depth research for clients, maintaining data and keeping track with the ad serving of all our online campaigns, etc. but my salary is not growing with it. I definitely enjoy learning all aspects of the industry but does my role include those duties or am I being asked to do more than I need to? Any advice/information is much appreciated, Thanks, Hilary --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo!
