We have a Sr. Project Manager, Interactive position we  have available at a
highly regarded national marketing  firm located in Connecticut. In general,
this  candidate would be responsible in analyzing the  necessary data and
utilize this information to  formulate traditional and inovative direct
marketing  strategies that can be implemented and executed using  existing
and new interactive technologies.  More  specifically, the Senior Project
Manager is  responsible for the management of specified client
relationships/business in the development of  Interactive marketing plans,
strategic concepts and proposals as well as the presentation of ideas and
the development of tactical plans and program execution.

 Primary Responsibilities
 . Strategic Planning
 . Concept Development
 . Program Tactics
 . Executional Planning and Follow Through
 . Written and Oral Client Presentation
 . Financial Tracking and Reporting
 . Post-Program Evaluation

 Preferred Experience
 . Approx 6 or more years Direct Marketing experience  with approx. 3 or
more years Interactive marketing  agency or client side experience (Consumer
Package Goods background a plus but not necessary)
 . Strong strategic planning experience with the ability to understand the
client's business and apply Interactive marketing learning's and tactics
 . Strong organizational skills with regards to scheduling, budgeting, media
planning as well as an understanding of the creative-production process.
 . Ability to write a creative brief with appropriate benefit and support
elements  Desired Characteristics
 . "Do what it takes" attitude to provide superior client service and
customer satisfaction
 . High level of accountability and follow-through - must take
responsibility as well as keep supervisor informed
 . Self-motivated - Work with minimum direct supervision
 . Ability to handle multiple projects
