[webproducers] Web Design Standards

Hi Everyone,
Quick question.


I'm looking for up-to-date documentation on web design and production
standards. Not having luck on WC3 site.   I'd also like any additional
information on ad/banner creation standards, besides IAB guidelines.

I thought I read somewhere, sites could not use extremely harsh flash
banners due to them causing seizures in people with epilepsy.  Am I wrong?
Please advise.
