I know there isn't a certification available specifically for 'Web Producer' 
but there are certifications available for skillsets needed in the field. For 
example:
 
Project management
PMP certification - http://www.pmi.org/
ScrumMaster - http://www.scrumalliance.org/training/
 
Design
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
http://www.adobe.com/support/certification/ace.html ;
 
Does anyone know of others that can be added to the list? Information
