hurrying them, but I never heard that. What people told me after meetings was

Different moderators have different styles. Different warrants have articles
of
differing complexity and controversy. This one may take longer, or not.
It's a tradition in Warwick that no meeting goes past 10 p.m. If more needs
to
be done the meeting is continued to the following Monday at 7.
And yes, Monday is always the night for annual town meetings. It's in our
bylaws that ATM is the first Monday in May. Town elections are the third
Monday
in May.
