I got this one from MaxiAids for a culinary arts student. It will weigh in
grams or ounces. It also has a "tare" feature. She can put any bowl on it,
press the tare button, and it will reset to zero so that the weight of the bowl
is not included.

I have a question. Does anyone know where a talking food scale that measures in
grams can be found? ILA has one but it is on back order for 3 months. The
