Sophos has issued protection for Troj/Multidr-DQ.

At the time of writing, Sophos has received a small number of
reports of this Trojan from the wild.

Customers using EM Library, Enterprise Console, PureMessage or
any of our Sophos small business solutions will be automatically
protected at their next scheduled update.

Troj/Multidr-DQ is a Trojan for the Windows platform. 
When run, Troj/Multidr-DQ drops the following files and then runs them: 
\Windows\ktd32.atm
\Windows\plugin1.dat
\Windows\services.exe
\Windows\system\sservice.exe
\Windows\system32\fservice.exe
\Windows\system32\lncom_.exe
\Windows\system32\reginv.dll
\Windows\system32\winkey.dll
\Windows\transliator.exe 
The dropped files are detected by Sophos's anti-virus products as 
Troj/Prorat-19 (services.exe, sservice.exe, fservice.exe, reginv.dll and 
winkey.dll) or Troj/Bckdr-CKA (lncom_.exe and transliator.exe). The ktd32.atm 
and plugin1.dat files are harmless data files and may be safely deleted.
