find below Paul's tutorial on defragging.

Try this:

1. Go to the start menu.

2. Arrow to "run" and press enter.

3. type in the following exactly as I write in below:

Defrag c: /r

And press the enter key.

Now just leave this running for as long as it takes which could be anything
from 1 hour to 4 or 5 hours depending on how bad the hard drive is
fragmented.
When it finishes it will say so and to exit out of the black coloured screen
which by the way is called a "command prompt screen" just type in the word,
exit and press the enter key.

does any one have any of the tutorials that have been put on the list in the past, i know that paul has put some on before and i thought i'd saved them on to the computer but i'm unable to find them, knowing me they will be right under my nose. however the tutorials i'm looking for is disc clean up and defragging.
