hi paul,

this was one that beatt me, i do like to give it my best and try to tackle any problems myself but as i say this one beat me. so i cheated and i got my son in law to access my computer and he sorted it out for me. he didn't know why this happened the shortcut key just stopped working although he could work it from the programs menu and as i told you i tried that several times and it didn't work for me. o well that's it sorted now and i'm so grateful as i would be totally lost without my kurzwail.

the only change i made was to get jaws to say numbers different, thinking
maybe it was that i changed it back to the way i had it firstly.

Hi Susan,

Try the following:

1. Press keys "alt + control + K" and wait for a few moments to see if it
will load up.

2. Go to start menu then "run" and type in:  Kurzweil  and then press the
enter key.
Wait and see if it loads.

Has anything been changed on the computer since the last time you used
Kurzweil Susan?.

hi folks,

forgive the spelling mistake,

for some reason this morning my kertsfile program is not working, it was
working ok yesterday i have a shortcut on the desk top where i usually
open
it up from but not today and neither will it open up from the list of
programs.

can any one tell me what could be the problem?
