Hi Roslyn, To get to your volume control, go to the start menu then run and type into the run edit box the following: sndvol32 Now press the enter key and the volume control panel will come up. Here just tab once and you will be on the up/down slider. Just use your arrow keys to move up or down to rise or lower the sound. Once finished, just do alt + f4 to close.
