Hi Susan
If you press the hash key (under the digit 9) twice quickly go into ordinary
text. Press hash twice again and it will go back into predictive. When in
either ordinary or predictive, if you press the hash key once it will go into
capitals or lower case. When you press the hash it will also tell you how
many characters you have left in text. The maximum in each text is 160
characters - that includes spaces between words, punctuation marks etc.
