Hi Petrina and Edel, Your idea is a good one Edel and here is another one perhaps more for the jaws user. 1. Open the "start menu" and go to "programs menu". 2. Down arrow to Outlook express icon but don't hit enter key on it. 3. While on the outlook express icon, press the application key and arrow down to "copy". 4. Now go back to your desktop and press the keys, "control + letter V". This will place a copy of the outlook express icon on your desktop. Paul. Click on the 'send to' option and then on the 'desktop create shortcut' option and that should send outlook express your desktop all being well. There is probably an easier way of explaining this using jaws but as I'm not familiar with jaws, that's my offering. Hope your well. Talk soon Edel.. ----- Original Message ----- From: Petrina Finn <mailto:petrinafinn@xxxxxxxxxx> To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, October 21, 2007 3:36 PM Subject: [vip_students] Saving icon to destop Hi all, I am using outlook express. How do I save it onto my desktop so I don't have to go through programmes to get to it? Thanks Petrina _____ No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
