Hi Petrina If you go to all programmes in your start menu and arrow down to outlook express, right click on it and a menu appears with a list of options. Click on the 'send to' option and then on the 'desktop create shortcut' option and that should send outlook express your desktop all being well. There is probably an easier way of explaining this using jaws but as I'm not familiar with jaws, that's my offering. Hope your well.
