OK Paul, it is ~Windows 7 and I did all that but there must be something I was not doing, as the change did not occur when I exited. I did not hit a change button so maybe that was my mistake but I had got in there to the account and was able to edit my name. Now for example Outlook Ezpress has an Apply button, I know there is not Outlook Express in Windows 7 but merely making a point here If not an Apply button an OK button. Could not find that type of thing.
However, I would like to thank you for setting out all the stages as you did, it is excellent and I will be keeping it for future reference.
