Hi Seoirse , Do you have the latest version of the adobi reader?. This is version 8.02 I think. I will paste below the download link just in case. Also when you opened up the PDF document did jaws indicate to you that the reader wanted to set some accessibility features in order to read the document correctly for you. What happens if you use your arrow keys to read this document and also, have you maximised the PDF document screen. Alt + spacebar followed by letter X.
