[vicsireland] send as text message when IMessage is unavailable

Hi everyone,
Could anyone tell me how do I turn off this feature a couple of times I have
noticed that my I messages have actually gone as text messages! Yesterday
when sending an IMessage it was trying for some time but it ended up going
as text.
I have went in to settings/messages and can see the heading I did activate
my apple ID thinking that this would sort it ... but still sometime's they
are still going as texts.
