Hi folks,
Question: Are payment methods other than Direct Debit available if subscribing
to NTL's digital TV service??
Background: I currently have an annual subscription to NTL's analogue basic
tv package
I'd like to upgrade to their basic digital TV service, though am not prepared
to go with Direct Debit , as a means of payment.
When I rang them a day or two ago, I was told I'd no option but to commence the
service with direct Debit.
I explained that I know 2 people who recently upgraded, receive a paper bill,
and pay in the post office.
It didn't cut any ice though!
All advice welcome.
