Hi Sabrina,

This is a false alarm by Avast and the venders are to release a fix for it
either today or tomorrow so it will probably come in during an Avast update.

Paul.

Subject: [vicsireland] avast query

Hi all,

Any of you using the AVAST internet security interface?
I am getting a message " there is a hidden object (rootkit) being warned
that it is a suspicious file .. when activating "delete" getting the boot-up
time scan recommendation I have done this three times so far .. when in the
full system scan AVAST is saying that another process has part of the file
locked?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Sabrina
