Cearbhall,

In the Reader preferences setting, change the number of pages from 50 to 10. This seems to help for large documents. Is the document structured accessibly? if it isn't, there are other things you can try.

Dear All,

I have received a tutorial in Adobe PDF which is 44 mb in length. I tried to load it up yesterday and it took 15 minutes to load in adobe. Then when I tried to navigate the file Windows gave a loud "chunk" sound and the program
crashed!

Is it me? Is there any better way to manage large PDF files with JAWS or
NVDA?

All the best,

Cearbhall
