Hi, Tim and all other list members. The wording of the acknowledgment didn't leave any door open for a further response. The note simply promised that my concern would be forwarded on. I may follow up at some future date, especially if the software isn't updated. There are text-to-speech issues that others and I have noted on this list, and I want to take them up with Amazon. I have been traveling extensively for over a month, but I hope to clear away some time soon in order to address these concerns.

I learned that sending feedback gets you a person's response it seems a lot quicker, just curious. Thanks. On May 31, 2012, at 8:21 AM, Craig Werner wrote:Greetings. Amazon has acknowledged my letter on the "Search" problem I wrote about regarding the Kindle for PC Accessibility Plugin software and has said my request will be forwarded. The reply was a form letter. Craig
