Hi Bobby,

Yes the stylus on the Note series works just like a finger in terms of
using explore by touch and swiping and so on. You can also use a
regular stylus (on any phone) to the same effect as well.

The Galaxy Note stylus is smaller and particularly has a smaller tip
than others. The tip on most stylus pens is more like the size of the
eraser on an old pencil, though more flexible. The Note devices also
have the ability to use air gestures - where you swipe the stylus just
above the screen rather than touching the screen. Personally I find
this annoying as I like the tactile feedback of touching the screen to
know exactly where I am, but you can disable it.

The other advantage of the stylus is that it sits neatly in a slot in
the phone itself so you don't need to carry it with you seperately.

Regards

Quentin.
