On the s4,either download the Dropbox app, or you may already have it pre installed (I did on my galaxy note 2). If you log into that with the same credentials as the website you can easily upload things, it will also by default upload any photos you take to your Dropbox account.
On your octopus can either log into the website or you can download a Dropbox program for your pc which you can set to automatically sync a particular folder to your pc / Dropbox account.
