[vi-android] Update to "BIG Launcher"

Hi everyone,
Big launcher got a big update overnight.
My most anticipated feature is the ability to change layout anywhere from
one icon taking up the whole screen through 2x2, 2x4 and 3x4. you can also
use third party icon packs and change the dpi which will help memory usage
on lower spec devices.
