OK, I think I have just died and have gone to heaven! The other day, I tried installing Rhapsody, as I do have a subscription which I use on my PC. A while back, I had tried the app back in the days on an older android device I had which was running I C S. Back then, the app worked fantasticly! Imagine my total horror when I opened up the app the other day after installing it, to find all buttons had been broken and were completely no longer correctly labeled, I couldn't find a more options button nor a menu button, two finger sliding from left to right, or from right to left didn't slide open a navigational menu, explore by touch was tapping on things even though I wasn't double tapping anywhere, half the music I searched for wasn't showing up, even though I darn well know Rhapsody has it in their database, as the pc client found it no problem at all, etc. Needless to say, being what a music lover I am, being that I'm a professional musician, (and yes, I am in google Play Music, if you look up my name, chris Gilland,) and being my moto X is only a 16 gb phone which can't be expanded with a micro sd card, I was really bummed. So, my best friend and I were talking last night into the wee early morning hours like we normally do every night. He reminded me of another service which would let me stream full length songs and albums. I confess, back in the days, I had the service and used it on my IPhone, before Rhapsody ever became accessible on either platform. The service is called Rdio. It's just like the word Radio, only without the letter A.

R, D, I, O: Rdio.

Anyway, so, I said what the heck, if it works, and the price per month for the subscription is still reasonable, and if I can get another 14 day trial being it's been so long, I'll give it a go. So, I installed the Android app for Rdio, and sure enough. I was able to get another trial. Not only this, but once I opened the app, I noticed Oh, my? god! the app is 1! hundred! percent accessible! The only thing about the whole app that I see that is not totally accessible is in the now playing screen, the 3 transport buttons right above your back, home, and recent apps icons are unlabeled. Big freaking deal though! They are a sinch! to figure out! It's previous track, play/Pause, and Next Track. Oh, and if you long press the prev or next buttons, yes, it most definitely? will! let you rewind and fast forward. Ab? suh lootly! One more little tip for ya. There isn't a menu button or a more options button anywhere. wutcha gotta do is, if you want to get to your menu to do things like settings, or get to your other screens like your heavy rotation, stations, etc. you need to take two fingers on the screen, any screen but the now playing screen. To get out of that screen, just double tap your back button. Anyway, on any other screen, just take two fingers, and slide don't flick. You literally wanna slide like you're scrolling, from the left margin edge of the screen to the right margin. It doesn't matter how high up or low down on the screne you do it just as long as you're below your status bar, and above your back, home, and recent apps icons. That'll slide your menu into view. You can dismiss it by going the other way. Two fingers slide from right to left. Or, of corse, if you double tap one of the options, that'll also dismiss it. the only other gotcha is, yeah, you can flick through the menu, but you're gonna have to start with touch exploration to move your focus into the menu itself before flicking through it. Otherwise, you'll jump right over it. This is very very very very easy though to work around as the menu is pretty much virtically 99% of the left margin of the screen. I've been able to stream full length albums and full length songs very very easily with this app. the sound quality is also amazing! I dono if it's available in other countries, sorry, but in the US, it's $9.95 per month, which considerring it used to be $14.00? that's really awesome!

You all should give it a go! If you're like me with not much storage space, but love music, this is a great way to have about any music you'd want at your fingertips. I know about being able to do this with google Play Music, but I couldn't seem to get my head around that app to save my life!
