Hello Quentin and Steve, Quentin is right. The app did not come pre-installed on my phone. I have seen the app in the playstore, but the page says my device isn't supported. I even ignored that message and went ahead to click on the install button and my device wasn't displayed; the store informed me that there was no eligible device to install the app on. thank you guys for the help.
