I would write to accessibility@xxxxxxxxx and tell them what is going on.

Good luck!

Thank you.

Subject: [vi-android] Braille Display Pairing

Hi,

I have a BrailleConnect 40 and wishing to pair it with my phone. Under
BrailleBac. I have Bluetooth turned on on both the BrailleConnect and
phone. The phone can detect the display and has seemingly paired with
it. However, the braille display still won't read what is showing on
the phone's screen. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would
be appreciated.

Ivan
