Here's another article I came across recently, a review of the Cyanogen
Mod's easy install app - it is an app you can download from the play store
which makes it very easy to root your phone and install Cyanogen Mod ROM
which is one of the more popular ROMs.
The general response is that it's a great idea, and does make the whole
process a lot easier for the less technically minded, however it still has
a few bugs and is perhaps not quite ready for everyone just yet:
