[va-richmond-general] help! experienced birders!

I am travelling to Oregon next week and was wondering if anyone can give me a 
heads up on what birds I might look for there this time of year.  I have 
planned trips to the central Oregon coast as well as forest and open grassland 
habitats.  I am really hoping to see birds there that I would never see around 
here.  I am also going to the mountains of Virginia at the beginning of Sep.  I 
hope to catch some fall migrants, but I know that the birding can be tricky 
around here at this time of year.  Im really hoping to see/hear Veery up 
there...what are my chances?
