It was surprisingly quiet at Henricus this morning.  The boardwalk  trail is 
signed as temporarily closed, so I hiked the Dutch Gap trail as  far as the 
loop around the first lagoon.
 
Sightings: 30 species, NO warblers, NO sparrows
 
Double-crested Cormorant
Great Blue
Great Egret
Green Heron
Canada Goose
 
Wood Duck
Black Vulture
Osprey
Killdeer
Laughing Gull
 
Mourning Dove
Belted Kingfisher
Pileated Woodpecker
Pewee
Barn Swallow - just one
 
American Crow
Carolina Chickadee
White-breasted Nuthatch
Carolina Wren
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
 
Robin
Bluebird
Mockingbird
Starling
White-eyed Vireo
 
Cardinal
Blue Grosbeak
Indigo Bunting
