Has anyone been out out Remington today or yesterday for sandpipers, etc.? Any
ideas on how the recent rain would affect the likelihood of seeing Upland
Sandpipers there? (It's a bit of a haul for me, and don't want to waste gas
unless there's a reasonable chance it would be worthwhile.)
To add to the Dyke Marsh sightings this morning, at least 4-5 Yellow Warblers,
one Blackpoll Warbler, one Prairie Warbler, several C. Yellowthroats, a pair of
House Wrens, four Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, White-eyed Vireo (1), and somewhere
between 6-12 Ruby-thr. Hummingbirds, among others.
