[va-bird] kiptopeke hw 29 nov -- NOGO finally

Well, today was as slow as it gets. Actual raptors could be counted on one
hand. But one of them was a dandy, a juvenile N. goshawk. It came over at ~945
and didn't hesitate for a minute. Might stick around on the peninsula due to
the adverse winds today. A late migrant Peregrine was a nice bonus today, as
well.
